Grocery delivery: rankings by country 2026

We compare online supermarkets and grocery delivery services that sell food themselves, only on facts anyone can check on their own delivery, terms and help pages: the minimum order, the delivery fee and from what order value delivery is free, whether you can get your shopping the same day, whether you can choose a delivery time, whether the terms promise a refund or replacement for poor-quality goods, whether you can reject a substitute, click and collect, delivery passes or regular orders, whether the seller's legal entity is named, and the App Store rating of the app. Restaurant couriers and marketplaces where other sellers trade are not included. Every fact links to its source with the date we checked it. Prices of goods and customer reviews are not used. The ranking is not advice to buy from a particular service. Places are not for sale.

Frequently asked questions

Which grocery delivery service is the best?

The service in first place has the highest Score under our open methodology. This is not advice: look at what matters to you, such as delivery today, a chosen time or a low minimum order. Coverage changes by address, so check your postcode first.

Where does the data come from?

From the services' own official pages (delivery, terms, help, imprint), from official company registers and from the App Store. Every fact links to its page with the date we checked it.

Why don't you compare food prices?

Prices of the same basket change daily and differ by region, promotion and delivery slot, so a snapshot would mislead. The Score uses only rules the service publishes itself.

Why are some well-known services missing from the ranking?

Some websites refuse automated reading or did not answer when we checked, and we do not work around such protection. They appear below the ranking until their facts can be read, and a country needs enough services with verified facts to be published.

Can a service buy a place in the ranking?

No. The Score is calculated with the same formula for every service. Paid placements, if they ever appear, will be a separate block labelled as advertising and never affect the Score.
