We compare national chains and large online stores that sell consumer electronics and home appliances themselves, only on facts anyone can check on the stores' own delivery, returns, warranty and payment pages: how many days you have to return an item bought online, whether the store sells an extended warranty, whether home delivery can be free and from what order value, whether an online order can be collected in a shop, how many shops and pickup points it states, whether you can pay in instalments or on credit, whether it runs a trade-in scheme, whether the seller's legal entity is named with its registration number, and how long the business has existed. Marketplaces where other sellers trade are not included. Every fact links to its source with the date we checked it. Customer reviews and prices are not used. The ranking is not advice to buy from a particular store. Places are not for sale.

Which electronics store is the best?
The store in first place has the highest Score under our open methodology. This is not advice: look at what matters to you. If you buy online, check Returns and warranty; if you want the item today, check Delivery and pickup; for an expensive purchase, check Payment and service. Prices change daily, so always compare the specific model.
Where does the data come from?
From the stores' own official pages (delivery, returns, warranty, payment, contacts or imprint), from official company registers and from the App Store. Every fact links to its page with the date we checked it.
Why don't you compare prices or use reviews?
Prices of the same model change every day and differ by region and promotion, so a snapshot would mislead. Reviews cannot be verified reliably and their number grows with the number of customers. So the Score uses only stable rules that the store publishes itself.
Why are marketplaces not in the ranking?
On a marketplace the item is usually sold by another company, and returns, warranty and delivery depend on that seller. We rank only stores that sell electronics themselves; where a marketplace also sells as the first-party seller, only its own retail is described.
Can a store buy a place in the ranking?
No. The Score is calculated with the same formula for every store. Paid placements, if they ever appear, will be a separate block labelled as advertising and never affect the Score.
