Car Parts Stores: Poland 2026
We compare online car parts retailers only on facts anyone can check on their official delivery, returns, warranty and legal pages: how many days you get to send back an unused part, whether the shop states a warranty on parts, whether the seller's legal entity and registration number are published, how long the business has existed, whether delivery can be free above a stated order value, whether an online order can be collected from a branch or pickup point, and whether the shop finds parts by VIN or registration number. Prices and stock are left out because they change by the hour and by car. Some of the best-known shops refuse automated checks or forbid them in their terms: they are listed outside the ranking without facts. An empty fact scores nothing, so a low place can simply mean the shop does not publish the detail.

Not ranked yet: not enough verified data
These services are known to us, but we haven't verified enough facts to rank them fairly.
- AUTODOC (site closed to automated checks, )
- Deler.pl (58% backed by facts)
- Inter Cars (site closed to automated checks, )
Sites marked as closed refuse automated reading (403 error, captcha or a robots.txt ban). We don't bypass such protection, so we can't verify their facts and they are not ranked. This says nothing about their quality. A company can send links to its official pages to [email protected].
How we calculate the Score
25%
Reliability
Whether the seller's legal entity and registration number are on the site, and the year the shop or its company started.
30%
Returns and warranty
How many days the shop gives to return an unused part bought online (more than the legal minimum is better), and whether it states a warranty on the parts it sells.
25%
Delivery and collection
Whether delivery can be free above a stated order value, whether an online order can be collected from a branch or pickup point, and how many such points the shop names.
20%
Finding the right part
Whether the shop finds parts by VIN or by the vehicle's registration data, and the rating of its own app in the App Store.
How to choose an online car parts store
Find out who the seller is
Look for the legal entity and registration number in the terms or the imprint. On a marketplace, check which company actually sells the part: your claim goes to it.
Match the part to the car
Use the VIN or registration search, then compare the part number with the old part. Engine code and build date often matter more than the model name.
Read the return conditions
Most shops take back only unused parts in undamaged packaging. Check how many days you have, who pays for the return, and whether made-to-order parts are excluded.
Check the warranty terms
Some warranties apply only if a garage fitted the part and you keep the work order. Find out whether the shop handles the claim itself or sends you to the maker.
Compare the total cost
Add delivery, deposits on batteries or exchange units, and the return postage to the price. A cheap part with paid delivery can cost more than a dearer one above the free delivery threshold.
Decide how fast you need it
If the car is off the road, a branch that holds the part for collection today may be worth more than the lowest price from a warehouse abroad.
Frequently asked questions
How do you rank car parts stores?
By published, checkable facts only: return window, stated warranty on parts, seller's legal entity, years in business, free delivery, click and collect, pickup points, search by VIN or registration, and the App Store rating of the shop's own app. Each fact has a source link and a check date. Stores cannot pay for a place.
Why isn't price part of the Score?
The price of a part depends on the car, the brand and the day. A single test basket would flatter whichever shop happens to be cheap on those items, so we compare the conditions of the purchase and leave the price to you.
Why is a big shop missing facts or listed outside the ranking?
Some sites block automated checks, show their pages only through JavaScript, or forbid automated reading in their terms. We respect that and do not work around it, so these shops appear without facts. A missing fact scores zero, which says nothing about the quality of the shop.
What counts as free delivery here?
Delivery that becomes free from a stated order value, or that is free to the shop's own pickup points. Offers tied to a subscription, a promo code or a single product do not count.
Does a VIN search guarantee the part fits?
No. It narrows the list, but shops themselves warn that vehicle data can be incomplete. Compare the part number with the old part or the maker's catalogue, and keep the packaging until you are sure: a fitted part usually cannot be returned as unwanted.
