Car Parts Stores in Belarus 2026: Ranked on Verified Facts
This ranking of Belarusian online car parts stores uses only checkable facts from their official pages: the return window, a stated warranty on parts, the seller and its UNP number, the registration date, free delivery and its threshold, pickup and the number of points, and search by VIN. Prices and stock are not compared. A shop that closes its site to automated checks or forbids them in its terms stays out of the ranking.

How we calculate the Score
25%
Reliability
Whether the seller's legal entity and registration number are on the site, and the year the shop or its company started.
30%
Returns and warranty
How many days the shop gives to return an unused part bought online (more than the legal minimum is better), and whether it states a warranty on the parts it sells.
25%
Delivery and collection
Whether delivery can be free above a stated order value, whether an online order can be collected from a branch or pickup point, and how many such points the shop names.
20%
Finding the right part
Whether the shop finds parts by VIN or by the vehicle's registration data, and the rating of its own app in the App Store.
How to choose an online car parts store
Find out who the seller is
Look for the legal entity and registration number in the terms or the imprint. On a marketplace, check which company actually sells the part: your claim goes to it.
Match the part to the car
Use the VIN or registration search, then compare the part number with the old part. Engine code and build date often matter more than the model name.
Read the return conditions
Most shops take back only unused parts in undamaged packaging. Check how many days you have, who pays for the return, and whether made-to-order parts are excluded.
Check the warranty terms
Some warranties apply only if a garage fitted the part and you keep the work order. Find out whether the shop handles the claim itself or sends you to the maker.
Compare the total cost
Add delivery, deposits on batteries or exchange units, and the return postage to the price. A cheap part with paid delivery can cost more than a dearer one above the free delivery threshold.
Decide how fast you need it
If the car is off the road, a branch that holds the part for collection today may be worth more than the lowest price from a warehouse abroad.
Frequently asked questions
How many days do I have to return an item bought online in Belarus?
Belarusian law has no separate cooling-off period for online purchases. Article 28 of Law No. 90-Z on consumer protection lets you return or exchange a non-food item of proper quality within fourteen days of it being handed to you, unless the seller has announced a longer period. Some goods are on the government list of items that cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I refuse an item when it is delivered?
Yes, in one case set by Article 16 of Law No. 90-Z: if, when an item sold by sample or online is delivered, you are not given the chance to get the necessary and reliable information about it, you may refuse to buy it without paying the seller's delivery costs.
How long can I claim for a faulty item?
Claims for defects can be made within the warranty period. If no warranty is set or it is shorter than two years, Article 21 of Law No. 90-Z lets you make the claim if the defect is found within two years of the item being handed to you.
How quickly must the store refund me?
When you return an item of proper quality, the refund must be paid immediately, and Article 28 of Law No. 90-Z sets a maximum of seven days. For each day of delay the seller owes a penalty of one per cent of the price.
