Digital marketing agencies in Poland 2026: a fact-based ranking

A ranking of digital marketing agencies from Poland, based only on facts from official sites and the member list of IAB Polska. We look at case studies with named clients, measured results, the legal entity with its KRS or NIP number, published prices, year founded and stated headcount. Membership counts only if the agency appears on the association's own list. Some agencies trade under a brand that differs from the company name, and the card shows both. The ranking does not assess campaign quality. Compare Scores only within Poland. The Score is not for sale; paid placements, if any appear, will be a separate labelled block.

Not ranked yet: not enough verified data

These services are known to us, but we haven't verified enough facts to rank them fairly.

How we calculate the Score

35%

Proof of work

At least three public case studies naming the client, and at least one case study with measured results. An anonymous "large retailer" does not count as a named client. Results are as published by the agency.

30%

Transparency

Whether a legal entity of this country is given with its registration number, prices are published, a privacy policy exists, and how many of four contact channels are listed: phone, email, form, address.

15%

Confirmed credentials

Partner status confirmed in the vendor's own directory, and membership confirmed on the trade association's own site. A badge on the agency's site alone does not count. Several vendor directories cannot be read automatically, so this fact often shows as not verified.

20%

Experience and scale

Year founded (scale up to 20 years) and stated headcount (logarithmic scale up to 1,000 people). Figures are as stated; for a group they may cover all offices.

How we rank

How to choose a marketing agency

  1. Check the legal entity

Find the name and registration number and compare them with the state register. The contract should name the same company.

  2. Check the partner status yourself

Search the agency's name in the vendor's directory, such as Google Partners or the HubSpot marketplace. Status can lapse, and a badge may stay on a site.

  3. Ask how results were measured

Ask for the period, the baseline and the source of the numbers, and for contacts at a client from a similar business.

  4. Keep the accounts in your name

Advertising accounts, analytics and domains should belong to you. Agree in the contract on the fee, the ad budget and who may spend it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I check a marketing agency in Poland?

Look up the company in the National Court Register (KRS) or, for sole traders, in CEIDG, using its NIP or KRS number. Both registers are free.

Who owns the campaigns and creative?

Under Polish copyright law, rights pass to the client only through a written transfer that lists the fields of exploitation. Check that the contract covers them.

What should the contract say about personal data?

If the agency processes customer data on your behalf, GDPR requires a data processing agreement. Ask where data is stored and who has access.
